Allen-Bradley 1756-A10 is a ControlLogix chassis. It has ten (10) slots that provide the backplane connection and housing for the ControlLogix module. The maximum backplane current of this chassis is 1.5A@ 1.2VDC. 4A/4A @ 3.3 volts DC; 15 A/6 A@ 5.1VDC and 2.8 A/ 2.8A@ 24VDC.
The Allen-Bradley 1756-A10 is a Then (10) slot ControlLogix chassis. The hardware hosts the electronic connections between the ControlLogix modules with a maximum backplane rated current of 1.5A@ 1.2VDC; 4A/4A @ 3.3 volts DC; 15 A/6 A@ 15 A/6 A and 2.8 A/2.8 A@ 24VDC.

This case supports panel mounting and has a top and bottom clearance of 15.3 cm (6.0 in) and a side clearance of 10.2 cm (4.0 in) plus the power supply width. If mounted side by side with another ControlLogix chassis, the required gap between the chassis is 7.7 cm (3.0 in) plus the width of the power supply. ControlLogix power supplies, whether standard, ultra-thin, or redundant, have dedicated slots located on the far left and do not occupy chassis slots.

The 1746-A10 is available in two (2) series, B and C.B series enclosures operating in a temperature range of 0... 60 °C (0... 140 °F) and -25 °F (-13 +140 °F) series modules, while the maximum ambient air temperature for both series is 60 °C (140 °F). The case also offers functional grounding and is designed to terminate 8.3 square mm or 8 AWG solid or stranded copper wire with an insulation class of 90 °C (194 °F) or higher. It also has protective grounding and is designed to be terminated using 2.1 square mm or 14 AWG solid or stranded copper wire with an insulation rating of 90 °C (194 °F) or higher.
